Orrick Advises Eiffel Investment Group and Eurazeo on Financial Restructuring of SEGULA Technologies

Orrick advised Eiffel Investment Group and Eurazeo, creditors of the Segula group, in the financial restructuring of SEGULA Technologies. The restructuring was implemented pursuant to accelerated safeguard plans (plans de sauvegarde accélérée) confirmed by the Tribunal des activités économiques de Nanterre by judgments dated 12 February 2026. Subject to the usual regulatory approvals, the contemplated measures will strengthen SEGULA Technologies’ financial structure through a take‑control of the funds managed by Eiffel Investment Group and Eurazeo and a substantial reduction of the group's indebtedness. The restructuring operations are expected to be carried out from April 2026, subject to the regulatory clearances and conditions noted above.
