Linklaters Advises Segula Group on Financial and Shareholder Restructuring of Holdings and Subsidiaries

Linklaters represented the Segula group, including Segula Holding and Segula Technologies and their affected subsidiaries; Orrick advised Eiffel Investment Group and Eurazeo. Linklaters advised Segula on the financial and shareholder restructuring of its holdings, Segula Holding and Segula Technologies, and the subsidiaries concerned. By decision of 12 February 2026, the Tribunal des activités économiques de Nanterre approved the accelerated safeguard plans for Segula Holding and Segula Technologies, measures that enable a significant reduction of the group’s financial indebtedness. As part of the operation, Eiffel Investment Group and Eurazeo, already engaged alongside Segula, will become the group’s new reference shareholders upon implementation of the planned financial restructuring during 2026.
