JSA Advises Wishlink on ₹157 Crore Series B Led by Vertex Ventures

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Wishlink (operating through Creatormon Private Limited) and its founders Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta and Chandan Yadav on the transaction. Wishlink has raised ₹157 crore in a Series B financing led by Vertex Ventures, with continued backing and investment from existing investors Elevation Capital and Fundamentum Partnership. The transaction also involved Elevation Capital and Fundamentum Partnership acquiring shares from the founders and certain angel investors. JSA provided comprehensive end-to-end legal counsel and strategic guidance, including drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents and assistance with satisfaction of conditions precedent and the closing process. Wishlink is a platform that enables creators to expand their social media presence, collaborate with brands and monetise their content. The platform facilitates influencer-driven shopping and trusted product recommendations, and connects brands with creators to support customer acquisition and sales tracking.
