AG Advokat Advises on ByggVesta Sale of Phase Two at Campus Flemingsberg to EQT for 388 Homes

AG Advokat advised ByggVesta in the sale of phase two at Campus Flemingsberg to EQT. EQT has acquired phase two in a planned residential area in Flemingsberg from ByggVesta, which covers the development of 388 homes. The transaction transfers the project rights for the second phase to EQT. The parties will together carry out phase two of the new district and complete a total of just over 800 new homes, with a combined investment amounting to SEK 1.6 billion. The development of this second phase was enabled by ByggVesta’s earlier acquisition this year of the property Embryot 8 from Stiftelsen Clara.
