Studio Pavia e Ansaldo and Studio Legale Meliadò advised lead investor Lumen II; Studio Piselli & Partners advised CDP Venture Capital; and LEXIA advised AutoConnexa. AutoConnexa, an Italian InsurTech startup active in developing technological solutions to personalise motor liability (RC Auto) policies through sensors and proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms, completed a capital increase of €4.4 million. Combined with SAFE instruments placed earlier in 2025, the total amount raised exceeds €6 million. The capital increase will enable the company to strengthen its position as a distribution partner in the motor liability insurance sector and to accelerate development of its proprietary SmartBox technology and the Drive Connexa app. These tools process the motorist's risk profile based on driving style, promoting road safety and environmental sustainability. The operation saw participation from, among others, Lumen II as lead investor, CDP Venture Capital, Crédit Agricole Italia, members of the Club degli Investitori and investors already present in the previous SAFE round.
