The global law firm Freshfields advised Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA on capital markets and communications matters in connection with its investment in Blue Arbor Technologies, Inc. As part of Blue Arbor’s Series A financing, Ottobock is making a capital investment in the University of Michigan spin‑off. Through this investment Ottobock will become a major investor and will take a seat on Blue Arbor’s Board of Directors. Freshfields represented Ottobock SE & Co.
