The transaction comprised a €500 million issue of senior unsecured bonds due 2031, exchangeable into existing ordinary shares of Aéroports de Paris. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes. White & Case represented VINCI with a team composed by: partners Séverin Robillard and Boris Kreiss, partners Max Turner and Cyril Valentin, and associates Paul-Grégoire Longrois, Romain Bruno and Claire Sardet.
