Silverstein Properties to Develop Tower 2 at the World Trade Center as American Express New World Headquarters

"Skadden advised Silverstein Properties on the closing of a transaction with American Express under which Silverstein will develop Tower 2 at the World Trade Center as American Express's new world headquarters. American Express will be the sole owner and occupant; the building is expected to be completed in 2031."
