Milbank Advises High Ridge Aviation on $603.17 Million Aircraft Asset-Backed Securitization

"Milbank LLP advised High Ridge Aviation Limited on a $603,170,000 fixed-rate notes offering structured as an aircraft asset-backed securitization of Phantom 2026-1 Aviation Ltd. and Phantom 2026-1 Aviation LLC. High Ridge, supported by PIMCO’s investor platform and its LR AirFinance subsidiary, provides financing, leasing and asset-management services to the global commercial aviation sector."

Milbank LLP advised High Ridge Aviation Limited in connection with its $603,170,000 fixed-rate notes offering structured through Phantom 2026-1 Aviation Ltd. and Phantom 2026-1 Aviation LLC. The transaction was structured as an aircraft asset-backed securitization of Phantom 2026-1 Aviation Ltd. and Phantom 2026-1 Aviation LLC, facilitating High Ridge Aviation’s issuance of fixed-rate notes in the capital markets. High Ridge Aviation, supported by PIMCO’s investor platform, provides financing, leasing and asset-management services for the global commercial aviation sector. Through its work with PIMCO-advised funds and its subsidiary LR AirFinance, the company participates in the acquisition and management of modern aircraft and other aviation assets for airlines worldwide.
