Clifford Chance advised Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, on the sale of atNorth to the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Equinix. The transaction concerns the sale of atNorth, one of the leading pan‑Nordic data centre platforms. Partners Group has transferred its interest in atNorth to the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Equinix. Clifford Chance represented Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, with a team composed by: partner Spencer Baylin; partners Angharad Lewis and Jennifer Storey; director Martin Kolmar; and senior associate Mark Inkester. Clifford Chance previously advised Partners Group on its acquisition of atNorth in 2021.
