NovoJuris Legal represented HomeRun Retail Private Limited in its Series A financing, which was led by Sorin Investment Fund with participation from Titan Capital Winners Fund I, Sparrow Capital, Consumer Collective by Atrium, Helios Holdings and other investors. The transaction raised ₹60 crore to support HomeRun’s growth. HomeRun delivers construction and interior materials to homeowners, contractors and architects within 60 minutes through a network of strategically located dark stores supported by an all‑electric delivery fleet.
