Noerr Advises NPM Capital on Acquisition of Büter Group from Büter Family

The Büter Group, founded in 1965, is a Netherlands-headquartered leader in European hydraulic cylinder and lifting technology with 550 employees across Emmen (NL), Haren and Meppen (DE)."

Noerr and NautaDutilh advised NPM Capital on the acquisition of the Büter Group from the Büter family. Noerr led the advice on the German aspects of the transaction and worked closely with Dutch law firm NautaDutilh. The Büter Group, founded in 1965, is a leading company in the European hydraulic industry, specialising in cylinder and lifting technology. The group is headquartered in the Netherlands and employs approximately 550 people across three locations: Emmen in the Netherlands, and Haren and Meppen in Germany. NPM Capital is an independent investment partner focused on mid-sized and large companies with its head office in the Benelux.
