Krogerus Advises Rejlers on Acquisition of SGM Consulting

Krogerus represented Rejlers in its acquisition of SGM Consulting. The transaction saw Rejlers, a leading engineering consultancy, acquire SGM Consulting, one of Finland’s leading providers of measurement and geotechnical investigation services. The acquisition strengthens Rejlers’ position as a comprehensive end-to-end service provider in the Finnish infrastructure sector. SGM Consulting delivers base data surveys, geotechnical and environmental investigations, quality assurance and laboratory analyses for infrastructure and construction projects. SGM Consulting will become part of Rejlers Finland’s Infrastructure division. Through the acquisition, Rejlers expands its service offering into the early stages of project development and reinforces its position across the full project lifecycle.
