Fürstenberg-Illimity acquires majority stake in Noberasco

Linklaters Italy, Freshfields LLP and PedersoliGattai advised Fürstenberg Sgr and its Illimity Credit & Corporate Turnaround Fund (operating as Fürstenberg-Illimity) in the acquisition of Noberasco. Fürstenberg Sgr, through the Illimity Credit & Corporate Turnaround Fund, has acquired the majority of Noberasco, a company active in the food sector and in particular in the production and sale of dried fruit, soft fruit and snack bars. The transaction is the first carried out by the asset management company since its rebranding as Fürstenberg Sgr and underlines the firm’s role as a reference partner for long-established Italian companies with strong brands and solid industrial skills.
