Wienerberger Acquires Majority Stake in Italcer Group: Law Firms Involved

Wienerberger, the Austrian building-solutions and infrastructure-systems company active in providing innovative and ecological construction solutions, has acquired a majority stake in Italcer Group and obtained an option to purchase the remaining shares. The transaction secures Wienerberger control of Italcer while preserving the possibility of a full acquisition through the exercised option. Italcer Group is a global producer of high-end ceramic solutions with production centres in Italy and Spain. Prior to the transaction the group was controlled by the investment funds Mindful Capital Partners and Miura Partners.
