KYIP Capital SGR Enters Chiron Group Share Capital: Law Firms Involved

Chiomenti represented KYIP Capital SGR and LRV Legal represented Chiron Group in the transaction. The transaction sees KYIP Capital SGR, an independent asset manager specialising in growth buy-outs, enter the share capital of Chiron Group through its KYIP Impact Mission Fund. The operation will be effected by a dedicated capital increase, through which KYIP will acquire a 36% stake of Chiron Group. Chiron Group is a national healthcare operator active in the management and aggregation of diagnostic, surgical and rehabilitation services. The investment is structured to support Chiron Group’s growth and consolidation in these areas. Chiomenti represented KYIP Capital SGR with a team composed by: Mario Pelli Cattaneo (team coordinator) and Enrica Bertoldi and Federico Anania for corporate matters; Elisabetta Mentasti together with Enrica Ippolito and Chiara Tortorella for administrative matters; Lara Paletto and Filippo Villa for labour matters and the negotiation of the new agreements with management; and Martina Natali for intellectual property matters. LRV Legal represented Chiron Group with a team composed by: Alberto Biasco (junior partner) and Ludovica Burlizzi (trainee lawyer).
