Francesco Pacileo joins Angelini e Associati as partner in Rome

Francesco Pacileo joins Angelini e Associati as a partner in the firm's Rome office. Francesco Pacileo, an associate professor of Commercial Law at La Sapienza University of Rome, will assume leadership of Angelini e Associati’s Financial Services Regulation & Litigation practice. He joins the firm as a partner and will work to strengthen and expand the firm’s services to banks, financial intermediaries, funds, investment vehicles and institutional investors. His role will also bolster the firm’s activities in structuring infrastructure transactions, public–private partnerships (PPPs) and basket bonds, and in advising on special situations and the management of public funds. Pacileo’s appointment is part of Angelini e Associati’s strategy to consolidate its presence in Rome and to broaden its Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance offerings, with specific focus on infrastructure, energy, sustainability and healthcare services.
