ER Office 3 is managed by Europa Risorse SGR and owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot LLP; financing was provided by REC Italy Fund 1 (Castello SGR)."

The transaction refinances the existing indebtedness of ER Office 3 and supports the long-term stabilisation of the property located within the Segreen Business Park, a premier office complex in the Segrate area of Greater Milan. ER Office 3 is a real estate investment fund (REIF) managed by Europa Risorse SGR S.p.A. and owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot LLP; the facility was made available by REC Italy Fund 1, a credit alternative closed-end fund managed by Castello SGR S.p.A.
