The Brink’s Company to Acquire NCR Atleos for $6.6 Billion

King & Spalding advised NCR Atleos Corporation in connection with the announced acquisition by The Brink’s Company. On February 26, 2026, The Brink’s Company (NYSE: BCO) and NCR Atleos Corporation (NYSE: NATL) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Brink’s will acquire NCR Atleos in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $6.6 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027 and remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and the approval of both companies’ shareholders. King & Spalding represented NCR Atleos with a team composed by: Keith Townsend, Rahul Patel, Robert Leclerc, Michelle Stewart, Jarrod Hall, Baylie Evans, Kristen Landers, Angel Reed and Nick Nelson.
