Linklaters accelerates Corporate M&A growth with Giovanni Colantuono joining as partner

Colantuono arrives from BonelliErede. He has significant prior experience at Chiomenti and earlier at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and London. Admitted as an attorney in Italy, he is also registered with the New York State Bar and the Solicitors Roll of England and Wales. He has advised on prominent transactions for Italian and international private equity funds and is noted for coordinating complex, large-scale global matters.
His appointment is part of Linklaters’ continued expansion in Italy, following the recent arrival of Massimiliano Nitti as head of Corporate Italy. The firm highlights the development of private capital as a strategic priority and underscores its multipractice, internationally connected model to provide coordinated expertise for complex transactions.
