BIP Law and Tax expands into white-collar practice with arrivals of Jean-Paule Castagno and Andrea Alfonso Stigliano

Jean-Paule Castagno joins BIP Law and Tax as an equity partner. He comes from Orrick and will take a leading role in the new White Collar, Investigations & Compliance department alongside Chiara Bettinzoli and Andrea Menozzi. Castagno specialises in corporate criminal law and investigations, bringing penal expertise to the firm.
Andrea Alfonso Stigliano joins BIP Law and Tax from Orrick. He will be a member of the new White Collar, Investigations & Compliance department and will work on matters relating to white-collar criminal law, investigations and compliance.
Their arrival is part of BIP Law and Tax’s broader growth strategy under the leadership of Stefania Radoccia. The new department has been created to address the evolving role of corporate criminal law within business, integrating criminal risk oversight into transformation, governance, risk control and organisational and technological innovation projects.
