Patrícia Krug brings more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector, having developed her career at the intersection of law, management and technology. She has worked directly on Legal Operations projects and on highly complex legal operations. Krug will be based between Recife and São Paulo to strengthen the strategic connection between the Northeast and São Paulo and to expand Viseu’s institutional presence in key markets.
Luiz Fernando Amaral Halembeck has over 30 years of experience in M&A at leading Brazilian law firms and has participated in more than 200 transactions across different sectors of the economy. He has a recognized track record in share purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and strategic business growth and restructuring projects. As a non-exclusive senior consultant in M&A at Viseu, Halembeck will focus on structuring, negotiating and implementing transactions, including the post-closing phase, and will interface with the firm’s corporate, tax, labor, real estate and strategic litigation teams to provide an integrated, sophisticated approach to M&A.
