Ms. Auten was previously a partner at Morgan Lewis. Her practice focuses on civil False Claims Act and qui tam action defense for a range of corporate clients, including those in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and defense industries. She enters Holland & Knight as a partner and leader of the Philadelphia FCA Team, having come from Morgan Lewis where she served as a partner.
A highly regarded practitioner, Ms. Auten holds a Band 1 ranking from Chambers USA for White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations in Pennsylvania and has been repeatedly recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, The Legal Intelligencer and the Philadelphia Business Journal. Deeply active in the Philadelphia legal and business community, she has chaired the Philadelphia Bar Foundation board and is a prominent member of the Union League of Philadelphia.
