Haynes Boone Appoints Kristen Uhl Hulse as Chief Talent Officer
"Kristen Uhl Hulse joined Haynes Boone as its first chief talent officer and will lead workforce strategy, talent, recruitment and professional development at the firm."
Hulse brings more than two decades of experience and a background that spans private practice and talent management. Since transitioning from practicing law to focus on the people side of the profession, she will apply a 360-degree perspective to Haynes Boone’s workforce strategy.
Earlier in her career she served as the first director of recruitment and professional development at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP, a role credited with shaping her people-first approach. She also worked in private practice as a junior associate in a firm’s London office, an experience she describes as formative in shifting from issue-spotting to client- and people-oriented problem solving.
Hulse joins Haynes Boone in a senior leadership capacity as chief talent officer, where she will be responsible for advancing the firm’s talent, recruitment, professional development and broader workforce strategy.
