Haynes Boone Adds Partner E. Perry Hicks to Fund Finance Practice in Charlotte

Hicks brings two decades of experience advising leading global financial institutions on fund finance transactions. His practice focuses on traditional fund financings, including net asset value (NAV) financings, subscription credit facilities and hybrid facilities, and extends to more recent market developments such as private credit transactions and anticipation of securitization structures. He joins Haynes Boone as a partner in Charlotte, a key hub for the firm’s fund finance platform.
Hicks has maintained long-term relationships with many of the world’s leading financial institutions and has been a regular contributor to thought leadership in the fund finance space. He is also a regent of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. His arrival is described by the firm as complementing Haynes Boone’s full-service fund finance capabilities across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America and supporting the firm’s continued investment in Charlotte.
