Amanda holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from IBMEC/RJ and graduated from PUC/RJ. She has built her career advising on fundraising, capital markets, M&A and investment fund transactions, with an emphasis on fintech, crypto and blockchain markets in Brazil and abroad. Her arrival strengthens the firm’s capability to act on complex transactions, particularly in innovative businesses and in constantly changing regulatory contexts.
