Carmen Castillo Parejo joins Squarepoint as Director of Marketing and Communications

Castillo brings more than 20 years of experience in highly competitive environments and will specialise in marketing and communications at Squarepoint, a company focused on the digitalisation of talent management. In her new role as director she will lead the company’s brand positioning strategy, drive organic growth and strengthen the Squarepoint brand.
She was formerly with Ceca Magán for six years. Her background also includes cross-sector experience spanning consulting, legal and technology, which the company highlighted as fitting its future plans.
Castillo holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Granada, postgraduate qualifications in International Trade from Sup Europe Normadia, a master’s degree in Corporate Communication and Protocol from ESDEN Business School, and postgraduate training in digital marketing from ESIC-ICEMD. She also lectures at the Complutense Legal School and is a regular media contributor.
