Dentons Middle East welcomes back Banking & Finance Counsel Justine Harding
"Dentons Middle East has reappointed Justine Harding to its Muscat office as Banking & Finance Counsel. She will work in banking and finance, including retail and corporate finance and debt capital markets."
Harding is a New Zealand-qualified barrister and solicitor who specialises in banking and finance—both retail and corporate—and debt capital markets. Her practice in Oman additionally covers general corporate and commercial advice and real estate.
She previously worked in Dentons’ banking practice from 2008 to 2024 and has former in-house experience with major banks in New Zealand and London. She joins Dentons Middle East with the seniority of Counsel.
