Nadelman joins DLA Piper’s Structured Finance subgroup. His practice focuses on the securitization of traditional and non-traditional assets, with an emphasis on arrangers and asset managers on all aspects of broadly syndicated and middle market CLO transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience across other asset classes, including commercial mortgage-backed securities, marketplace loans, asset-backed commercial paper conduits, and collateralized debt obligations.
