Cordeiro is a former partner at PwC Brazil, where he led the Labor and Social Security areas. He enters Miguel Neto Advogados with the seniority of partner, coming from his prior role as partner at PwC Brazil. He specializes in labor law, social security, executive compensation and personal taxation.
Combining legal practice with business management, Cordeiro is also a business administrator. His academic qualifications include a PhD and a Master’s degree in Social Security Law from PUC-SP, an MBA in Tax and Corporate Law from FGV-SP, and a specialization in Labor Law from PUC-SP. Beyond litigation, he serves as a professor in MBA courses at FIPECAFI, is the author of several articles and books, is a director of the Brazilian Institute of Social Security Law (IBDP), and is a member of the Labor Law group of the Brazilian Association of Textile Industries (ABIT).
