FBPH welcomes María Paz Castanier and Paola Carrión to lead Cuenca office

María Paz Castanier is a lawyer and commercial engineer with a strong academic background and extensive experience providing comprehensive legal counsel to companies and individuals. She specializes in labor, corporate, tax and compliance law, adopting a strategic approach focused on preventing legal risks, efficiently resolving disputes and optimizing corporate management. She holds postgraduate training in Procedural Law and certifications in personal data protection and regulatory compliance, enabling her to deliver modern, technically sound advice aligned with current legal standards.
Paola Carrión Bravo is a lawyer with experience in constitutional, tax and administrative law and a solid track record in the public sector and in independent practice. She served on the Constitutional Court of Ecuador as a constitutional expert in jurisdictional matters and has experience at the Office of the Comptroller General of the State and the Ministry of Public Health, working in areas of governmental oversight, disciplinary regimes and administrative appeals.
