Vincenzo Bancone brings more than twenty years of experience in corporate and commercial law. His practice focuses on corporate matters, private equity, M&A, energy, corporate compliance and commercial contracts. He has developed specific and recognised expertise in project finance transactions in the infrastructure sector, including negotiation and drafting of the related documentation. He is also active in planning operations linked to the management of assets and serves as legal counsel to numerous Third Sector entities.
Martina Cesareo is specialised in commercial law with a focus on extraordinary domestic and international transactions. She advises on corporate, private equity, M&A, energy and non‑profit matters, handling corporate commercial contracts and the drafting and negotiation of international commercial agreements. She also conducts ordinary and precautionary litigation in corporate, insolvency and banking matters and assists clients in alternative dispute resolution; she holds qualification as a civil and commercial mediator. Cesareo has consolidated expertise in LegalTech, advising on legal and regulatory issues related to crypto‑assets, NFTs, smart contracts and, more generally, digital products and services.
