Real Estate Partner Clay Pulliam Joins Dorsey & Whitney in Dallas

Pulliam advises clients on the full lifecycle of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, financing, workouts, leasing, and joint ventures. His experience covers a broad range of property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, hospital, and high-density mixed-use developments. Before entering private practice, Pulliam served as in-house counsel for Hillwood Development Company, where he oversaw legal matters for industrial, hospitality, office, residential, and retail investments. He holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.B.A. in Economics and Finance from Baylor University.
