Benesch Welcomes Accomplished Litigator Eileen DeLucia as Partner in New York Office

DeLucia brings extensive experience representing major financial institutions, securitization trustees, class action plaintiffs, escrow and brokerage companies, insurers, investors and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial disputes. Her litigation practice spans state and federal courts nationwide, with significant matters in New York’s Commercial Division. She handles a broad spectrum of issues, including breach of contract actions, antitrust matters, insurance coverage disputes, wire and securities fraud, and constitutional claims. DeLucia joins Benesch at the partner level.
