Corporate Associate Lynsey Coffey Joins Armstrong Teasdale

Coffey focuses her practice on technology-related and complex commercial transactions, advising clients on agreements that support critical business operations. She joins Armstrong Teasdale at the Associate level.
Prior to joining the firm, Coffey served in a senior contracting role for a multi-hospital health system, where she partnered closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to lead enterprise-wide vendor contracting initiatives. In that role she supported technology, clinical and administrative functions across the organization, negotiating and managing agreements for large-scale implementations and ongoing vendor relationships.
Her experience includes SaaS agreements, software licensing arrangements, enterprise IT contracts, cloud-based solutions and other commercial contracts supporting regulated operational environments. She regularly advises on commercial agreements involving data privacy, information security, business associate provisions and related regulatory compliance considerations.
