Elisa de Mollinedo joins Crescenta as Legal Director

De Mollinedo enters Crescenta in a senior capacity as legal director, having most recently served at Santander Alternative Investments as senior legal associate for four years within its alternative investments division. In that role she provided cross-cutting legal advice across multiple investment strategies — including venture capital, private debt, infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, trade finance and fund-of-funds — and was involved in structuring and managing vehicles in Spain and Luxembourg. Prior to her time at Santander Alternative Investments, she worked for more than six years at the law firm Linklaters.
De Mollinedo said she considers it a privilege to join Crescenta and to contribute from the legal area to the firm’s growth and consolidation. Crescenta CEO Ramiro Iglesias said the firm is delighted to welcome her and to be able to draw on her expertise in international regulatory matters, vehicle structuring, corporate law and alternative investments.
