Clark Hill Adds Leading IP and Litigation Attorneys to Its Detroit Office

"Clark Hill's Detroit office has added Zachary Moen, Daniel Grossman and Adam Rosenberg (all from ZVMLaw) to its IP and complex business litigation practice."

Zachary Moen, Daniel Grossman and Adam Rosenberg have joined international law firm Clark Hill PLC as members of its Detroit office. All three attorneys previously practiced at ZVMLaw.

Zachary V. Moen joins Clark Hill as a Member. He represents clients in complex business, technology and intellectual property disputes and assists clients in selecting, protecting and enforcing their intellectual property portfolios. Moen has over 20 years of experience providing legal counsel and has served as in‑house counsel to both international and family‑owned businesses. He is a graduate of Wheaton College (Massachusetts), cum laude, and Loyola University Chicago School of Law, magna cum laude.

Daniel A. Grossman provides trusted legal counsel to clients ranging from entrepreneurs and startups to large global companies. He regularly represents clients in federal and state courts in complex litigation matters, including intellectual property litigation, contract disputes and disputes among shareholders and other business owners. Grossman received his B.A. from Northwestern University, cum laude, and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He joins Clark Hill from ZVMLaw.

Adam N. Rosenberg advises clients that range from entrepreneurs and nonprofits to large global companies. He represents clients in federal and state courts in complex litigation matters and regularly counsels on compliance, antitrust investigations and other critical issues. Rosenberg graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and received his B.A. with highest honors from Swarthmore College. He joins Clark Hill from ZVMLaw.
