Bip Law and Tax launches Real Estate & Town Planning department with hires of Vito Bisceglie and Rosemarie Serrato
"Bip Law and Tax hires equity partners Vito Bisceglie and Rosemarie Serrato from Advant Nctm to launch its Real Estate & Town Planning department; they will work on real estate, town planning and related transactional and administrative matters."
Bip Law and Tax, the legal and tax firm participated by the multinational consulting group BIP and led by managing partner Stefania Radoccia, has welcomed the two partners together with a team of nine professionals who will operate in an integrated way between the Milan and Rome offices.
Vito Bisceglie will lead the Real Estate & Town Planning department and will integrate with the Corporate M&A department directed by Alessandro Piermanni. He has a consolidated practice advising companies, entrepreneurs, SGRs, national and international institutional investors and private equity funds on complex investment, divestment, acquisition and financing transactions, including through innovative financial structures. Bisceglie has developed specific expertise in transactions involving FIA and other vehicles, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in all phases of the deal, and has significant experience in the healthcare sector, having followed some of the main extraordinary transactions carried out in Italy in recent years. He joins Bip Law and Tax from Advant Nctm as an equity partner.
Rosemarie Serrato will coordinate the Town Planning practice. Specialised in administrative, urban planning, environmental and regulatory law, she assists institutional investors and private operators in complex urban regeneration and property redevelopment projects, from due diligence through to the issuance of building permits. Her experience also encompasses the valorisation and disposal of real estate assets, social housing, and the energy and public procurement sectors. Serrato joins Bip Law and Tax from Advant Nctm as an equity partner.
Alongside the two equity partners, a team of nine professionals has joined Bip Law and Tax: six transactional practitioners — including Elena Granati, Andrea Lombardi, Vanessa di Leo, Carla Giacona and Luigi Maria Romano — and three specialists in urban planning and administrative law, including Sara Petricciuolo. They will operate across the Milan and Rome offices in an integrated model.
Stefania Radoccia described the arrivals as a strategic step in the firm's growth, enabling more structured and integrated advisory. In a joint note, Bisceglie and Serrato said integration into the Bip ecosystem offers the ideal context to develop innovative consulting models able to address the changing needs of the market.
