Casa & Associati welcomes Andrea Pellizzari as partner

Pellizzari is a cassation lawyer registered with the Bar of Vicenza and was previously a partner at Studio Legale Pellizzari, the firm founded by his father Lorenzo Pellizzari in 1952. He brings consolidated experience advising companies on commercial and corporate matters, with specific expertise in successions, generational transfers and asset divisions. His practice also covers contractual work, corporate and industrial law, and trademarks and patents, and he provides counsel on business internationalization and venture capital.
Within Casa & Associati, Pellizzari will work closely with partner Giovanni Ferasin, head of the firm’s Administrative Law Department, developing operational synergies on key issues for the new Environment and Energy Department. The opening of the department is presented by the firm as a step in its growth and specialization in response to market demand focused on energy, the ecological transition and the sector’s regulatory complexity.
