Inzitari & Partners Fabiani appoints Tiziana Togna as of counsel

Togna is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor with long experience in the regulation and supervision of financial markets. She developed part of her expertise at Consob, where she held senior positions up to the role of Deputy Director General. She currently serves on the Technical-Scientific Council on Capital Markets at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). Her appointment strengthens the firm’s capabilities in capital markets regulation, compliance and corporate governance.
