Luca Borghi is promoted to equity partner after nearly ten years of collaboration with the firm. During this period he has played a decisive role in developing the labour law department, strengthening its integration with the public and corporate law teams and promoting a cross-disciplinary approach to labour, regulatory and organisational matters.
Giuseppe Di Masi, after more than twenty-five years within the partnership, will remain with the firm as of counsel, ensuring continuity of vision and preserving the expertise accumulated over a long professional career.
