Sebastian Glaab is promoted to Equity Partner and is based in Frankfurt. He is charged with establishing and expanding Annerton’s compliance practice. Glaab brings many years of experience as a compliance officer and money laundering officer at a credit institution and has extensive expertise in money laundering prevention. He co-edits the GwG-Kommentar (Anti-Money Laundering Act Commentary) Zentes/Glaab. His key areas of focus include securities compliance, MaRisk compliance and sanctions. Glaab aims to position Annerton as a leading market player in compliance and anti-money laundering and to broaden the firm’s industry reach.
Dr Florian Lörsch is promoted to Equity Partner and is based in Berlin. A member of the firm since its inception who helped build Annerton’s Berlin office, Lörsch is a recognised expert in factoring, buy now, pay later (BNPL) products and their refinancing. He advises banks, payment service providers and fintech companies on the civil and regulatory aspects of product development, with particular focus on BNPL, SME financing, consumer credit and factoring. He also specialises in credit financing structures, the refinancing of receivables portfolios and regularly advises regulated institutions on anti-money laundering and compliance matters.
