Crowell & Moring Welcomes Tanaz Moghadam as Public Service Counsel

Moghadam brings over a decade of experience managing complex pro bono programs and advancing high‑impact litigation on behalf of immigrants and detainees. She joins Crowell & Moring as Public Service Counsel from an AmLaw 20 firm, where she served as Pro Bono Counsel coordinating the firm’s pro bono efforts across multiple offices and supporting firmwide litigation, particularly in the voting rights and immigrants’ rights spaces. Prior to that, she was Deputy Director of Programs for the Immigration Justice Campaign at the American Immigration Council, where she led initiatives to expand access to justice for immigrants in detention. Moghadam began her career as a Skadden Fellow at the American Civil Liberties Union’s Immigrants’ Rights Project.
