Knights welcomes Family Partner Owen Reynolds to Reading team

A family law specialist, Owen brings three decades of experience advising clients across a full range of family matters. His work includes divorce, the division of matrimonial finances, cohabitee disputes, domestic violence injunctions, private law children matters, and high-net-worth pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
He began his career acting on Legal Aid cases, including complex children matters, and has developed significant experience representing clients in challenging and high-stakes situations. His practice has included acting on Section 37 injunctions to freeze assets and representing clients in both the Family Court and the High Court on financial and children disputes, covering issues such as contact arrangements, residence and relocation. As a collaborative lawyer, he conducts cases using the Resolution Collaborative Law route to enable clients to resolve sensitive issues without going to court.
Owen’s appointment comes during a period of rapid growth for the Knights team in Reading, which recently relocated to a new office on the twelfth floor of The Blade and has welcomed 11 professionals in recent months, including partners across Dispute Resolution, Private Client, Family and Regulatory.
