Gianfranco Puopolo joins as partner. He is a founder of the firm and is the reference for corporate and extraordinary transactions in the insurance sector.
Lorenzo Ranieri joins as partner and head of Litigation. He has consolidated experience in the management of complex national and international disputes.
Angelika Lentsch works in Regulatory & Compliance. She is specialised in insurers operating in the LPS market, with a particular focus on Austrian and German companies, and is a native German speaker.
Domenico Rinaldi joins as partner and tax expert. He specialises in insurance taxation affecting foreign insurers operating in Italy.
Federica Colarieti joins as senior associate. She has thirty years of experience in insurance litigation in both life and non-life lines (D&O, medical malpractice, professional indemnity, Financial Lines) and strong competence in managing complex transactions.
Giuseppe Digiesi is of counsel. He brings significant experience in insurance litigation, further strengthened by several years spent in-house at a large Italian insurance group.
Rosa Abbate is specialised in maritime law and Marine & Cargo insurance.
Alessandra Cantamerli joins as senior associate. She has particular experience in litigation and in out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual and extra‑contractual liability.
