He is being promoted to King’s Counsel. Duncan joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2025 and brings extensive experience in large and complex disputes, in international arbitration and court proceedings relating to energy and natural resources projects. He is recognised as a leading advocate in the field, and his appointment reflects the respect he has earned from clients, tribunals and colleagues.
