SI – Studio Inzaghi strengthens Tax practice with the arrival of Aldo Innamorato

Aldo Innamorato, dottore commercialista, brings consolidated experience in taxation applied to real estate transactions across multiple asset classes. His work has focused particularly on tax matters for real estate investment vehicles (FIA, including funds and SICAF) and real estate companies, corporate reorganisations, and the tax aspects of financing transactions and real estate securitisations. He joins SI – Studio Inzaghi as an associate, having developed his professional experience within the tax departments of leading national and international law firms, with over three years spent at Chiomenti and earlier experience at Baker McKenzie.
The addition of Innamorato strengthens the Tax team that SI – Studio Inzaghi established in 2024 with the arrival of partner Gabriele Paladini. Paladini, partner and head of the Tax practice, stated that Innamorato’s entry will allow the firm to further expand the tax team in line with the firm’s strategy to reinforce all practices and continue to provide comprehensive, high-level assistance to national and international operators active in the Italian real estate sector.
