Facundo Maciel Bo earned his law degree, specializing in Public and Administrative Law, from the University of Buenos Aires in 2010 and completed a Master’s degree in Administrative Law at Universidad Austral in 2019. He has more than 15 years of professional experience and joined the firm in July 2025 as a Senior Associate.
His practice focuses primarily on Public and Regulatory Law and Competition (Antitrust) Law, areas he co-leads within the firm. A substantial part of his professional background was developed within the Argentine Federal Judiciary, where he served, among other positions, as Clerk and Deputy Clerk at Chamber IV of the National Court of Appeals in Federal Administrative Litigation Matters.
He currently provides ongoing advice in highly complex and heavily regulated sectors, including Energy, Mining and Natural Resources.
