Moens joined Eubelius in 2016 and has become a permanent fixture in the Tax team’s advisory practice. She was appointed counsel effective 1 January 2026. The promotion is described by her as a confirmation of trust and a moment to put her experience to greater use for clients, the team and the further development of the practice.
Moens works extensively with family businesses, where fiscal matters are closely linked to company continuity and intergenerational planning. She intends in her new role to guide the team, train younger members and collaborate more strategically with clients.
