Geldards promotes property dispute and litigation specialist Llinos Davies to Partner

Davies joined Geldards more than a decade ago as a trainee solicitor after undertaking work experience in the firm’s Cardiff office. She completed her training with Geldards and has spent several years specialising in property disputes and litigation.
She acts for well-known national retailers, charitable organisations, utility providers, the Welsh Government and local authorities, advising on a range of complex property disputes and high-value litigation matters.
A key member of Geldards’ Legal 500 Tier 1 Property Litigation team, Davies has been recognised by Legal 500 as a Leading Associate for her work on Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewal proceedings, acting for both landlords and tenants.
She is a fluent Welsh speaker, regularly advising clients in Welsh, and will support the firm’s involvement in the Welsh Language Commissioner’s scheme to encourage and improve the use of Welsh in the workplace.
Geldards’ Chief Executive Jeff Pearson congratulated Davies on her promotion, noting her hard work in fostering close client relationships and developing her specialism within the Property Litigation team.
